Is heorshe-usa.com the official HEORSHE store?
Yes. HEORSHE USA is the official US store for HEORSHE baby products. We ship from our warehouse in Chicago, Illinois. You can also find HEORSHE at US retailers such as MacroBaby and Luna Baby Store.
Is HEORSHE the same as "He or She"?
Yes. The brand name is written HEORSHE, and you will see it as "HE OR SHE" on some of our products.
Which awards has HEORSHE won?
The HEORSHE Ultra Wide Neck Baby Bottle won two design awards: the Red Dot Award: Design Concept 2024 – Best of the Best, and the iF Design Award 2025 (Product Design, Babies/Kids). See the entries on red-dot.org and ifdesign.com.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are handled within 1 business day and usually arrive within 2 to 5 days.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is a flat $9.37. Shipping within the continental US is free on orders of $80 or more, excluding tax and after discounts.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii or other countries?
We ship to every US state, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time.
My order has not arrived. What should I do?
Email sales@heorshe-usa.com with your order number and we will look into it.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. It must be unused and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Email sales@heorshe-usa.com to start a return and we will send you a return label. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. See our refund policy for full details.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and approve your return, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Every baby feeds at their own pace, so move up a flow when feeding starts to take too long or your baby seems frustrated.
Are HEORSHE bottles good for breastfed babies?
The Ultra Wide Neck Baby Bottle was designed for families who combine breastfeeding and bottle feeding. Its nipple is 100% silicone, soft and flexible, with a wide, breast-like shape, and the bottle is designed to reduce the air your baby swallows.
How do I clean HEORSHE bottles?
The 65 mm ultra-wide neck lets you reach every part of the bottle by hand, which makes washing, filling and sterilizing easy.
Which sippy cup is right for my baby?
The 7 oz Sippy Cup is for babies 6 months and up, and the 10 oz Sippy Cup is for 9 months and up. Not sure when to start? Read our guide: When to Introduce a Sippy Cup.
Can I buy replacement nipples, spouts and straws?
Yes. We sell M-flow (3 to 6 months) and F-flow (6 months+) replacement nipples, replacement sippy cup spouts for 6 months+ and 9 months+, and weighted straw and cleaner sets.
Are HEORSHE products BPA-free?
Yes. Our bottles, sippy cups, teethers and mealtime products are made from BPA-free materials.
