Shipping policy

HEORSHE-usa is pleased to provide simple and affordable flat-rate shipping options to all U.S. states. Standard shipping is a flat rate of $9.37. Standard shipping within the continental US is free on all orders $80 and over, excluding tax, and after discounts are applied. 

• Order Cut-off Time: 11 am GMT-4 (orders received before 11 am GMT-4 to be dispatched on the same day) 

• Order Handling Time: 1 business day 

• Shipping Time: 2-5 days 

• Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii? Yes, we ship to the entire USA. 

• Do you ship internationally? No, at this moment we do not ship internationally. 

• I have not received my order although my order was supposed to be already 

  delivered. What do I do? Please contact us at sales@heorshe-usa.com

  Please note: If by chance the goods cannot be delivered to the customer's home due to an error of address or information placed on the order, Heorshe-usa reserves the right to charge a redelivery fee of the goods according to the product weight and the place of delivery.
